We discuss the project in detail and I come up with an actionable plan. This can range from making over an existing site to creating a new one from scratch. Together, we will audit your server environment, map out your site architecture, and gather all content assets to lock down the scope.

From the details we gathered and with our plan in mind, I’ll design and build your new WordPress website. I will build core page templates inside a private staging environment, focusing on modern layouts, mobile-first responsiveness, and strong accessibility standards.

At this stage, you’ll have the opportunity to make two rounds of revisions. Once the core engineering and mobile optimization are complete, I will use your consolidated feedback to polish layout formatting, optimize touch targets, and ensure everything functions perfectly.

After you give final approval, I transition the project from staging to a live environment. This stage covers the critical technical steps including content population, final mobile quality assurance testing, SSL mapping, and essential security hardening before taking the site public.

Once the design is live, you’ll have access to a recorded training session where I teach you how to make changes with a visual builder. I will show you how to update text, manage media, and safely create new pages using your approved templates for long-term site ownership.
